About the Company
JUNG-ANG Microbe Research Institute hasperformed R&D to improve
the health of people for nearly 4 decades, since 1981.
Developed, and produced health supplements, microbial fermented foods, mycelium processed foods,
nutritional foods, teas, uncooked natural foods, zen foods, functional beverages, soft drinks, etc., using various microoraganisms.
After years of R&D, we have acquired standard technologies for microbial culturing and mycelium culturing and have assisted colleges.
In addition, we have manufactured and processed foods and materials for pharmaceutical companies.
We keep working on diverse R&D projects, such as the development of high-quality products for testing/analysis.
Especially, in recognition of the importance of enteric microbes, which play an essential role in the human immune system,
we also have developed enteric microbial flora improvement technology and metabolite-generation technology which uses differentiated and
staged microbial culture technology. Post-biotics (synbiotics + metabolite) is our core technology as a new paradigm,
utilizing the concept of ‘SYN-Biotics (probiotics + prebiotics)’.
JUNG-ANG Microbe Research Institute obtained export & trade rights in 1987 and exported 4.57 million USD of products and materials from 1987 to 1991.
Based on such success, we have grown and maintained our leading position in the microorganism-related food industry.
